"I contacted Joey Baghadadi regarding a listing, while he did answer my call right away, he failed to follow up, or reply to my e-mail after. He stated during our initial call he would contact the owner and get back to me. I let him know we were serious renters ready to enter into a lease agreement immediately and prepared to pay the fees/deposit (plus market rate as an incentive to get the ball rolling). Joey indicated he'd rather wait until an open house that was scheduled that weekend. Nonetheless, as a sign of good faith and as promised, I e-mailed him all of our paperwork that evening to expedite the process. I checked in on the listing weekly since our initial contact and saw the rental price kept dropping. I understand the market is very competitive, but am still disappointed at the lack of follow-through and missed opportunity. A courtesy call/e-mail letting me know what happened would have sufficed."
